**************************************************************************************************Heartfelt Thoughts As we continue to embrace winter, we invite spring and all its New England charm. We can’t wait to soak up all the health benefits this season has to offer such as fruits & veggies at their prime, warmer days, more outside time and the Vitamin D producing sunlight. Spring is a time to switch out our cubbies and exchange our winter clothing for lighter sweaters and jackets. It is a time to open the windows wide and let in the fresh air and beautiful sunshine. Spring is also the time when we look forward to our annual Easter Celebration!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss! On March 4th, we will honor this legendary writer by enjoying many of his stories and art projects. Dr. Seuss will be turning 115 this year! His books have truly made a difference in the lives of children and we are pleased to pay tribute to his work.

“ Don’t give up. I believe in you all A person’s a person no matter how small” ~Dr. Seuss

Global Trotters We are enthusiastic about culture here at Future Scholars Preschool! This summer we will be doing lots of “in house” traveling and exploring through our exciting Global Trotters program. As global trotters, we will choose our means of transportation, find our special location and update our passports as we prepare ourselves for departure!

Through “in house traveling”

*We explore countries, their history and culture while also experiencing some of their well-known foods and customs.

*We have visited: Brazil, Japan, France, Egypt, Australia and India.

*We learned the many ways to travel and all that is needed to travel.

*We explore the world map through the eyes of a child.

*Through music, artifacts, food, animals, language and natural wonders we explore our precious world together.

Travelers Welcome!
