Happiness and Gratitude
Data from the Journal of Happiness Studies show there is a correlation between happiness and gratitude in children as young as 5 years old. Instilling the importance of gratitude in your child can be encouraged by simply teaching them the power of “thank you”, but also can be taught in other ways. Finding moments of gratitude and modeling it through your own words, such as “I am so grateful our Earth gives us flowers and beautiful plants to look at and help us breathe!”, encourage a positive perspective and send a powerful message of appreciation. “Gratitude sweetens even the smallest moments.”
Pumpkin Pie & Pjs
Get ready for a cozy and delicious day at Future Scholars! Our little learners are invited to wear their favorite pajamas as we celebrate all things fall! We’ll enjoy a special pumpkin pie treat, cozy classroom activities, and lots of Thanksgiving fun with our friends. What better way to celebrate the season than with PJs, pumpkin pie, and sweet memories!

November is filled with learning, laughter, and gratitude at Future Scholars! This month, our little learners will explore the beauty of fall and the harvest season through hands-on activities, creative crafts, and seasonal fun! We will honor our heroes as we learn about Veterans Day, celebrate the importance of kindness and friendship, and discover all the wonderful things we have to be thankful for. As Thanksgiving approaches, we will focus on gratitude, giving, and the joy of being together!
Parent Night Out
Join us on November 20th from 6:00pm-9:00pm for a Friendsgiving Parent Night Out! A night filled with Thanksgiving crafts, activities and so much more! Sign up at each entrance door to save your child a spot for this fun night. $40 per child- cash, check or card!
